Zen

Not the word associated with Buddhism.  Zen Honeycutt is founder of Moms Across America.  She began this organization after she needed to take her child to the emergency room during the Thanksgiving dinner with a food allergy!  She has changed what her family is eating.

Within recent months a neighbor let me know a pack of 2 epipens (usable only once) costs $700.  She has them because although she does stay away from those food allergies she knows about – things creep in.  Then she needs to use one.  

The quality of our USA food supply has continued to decrease (entry 1/28/20).  But locally “community gardens” have sprung up.  (entry 2/15/20)
