Water

I’ve written about water before, see October 3, 2020.  Here’s an additional angle to look at.  Use the zip code here at:  ewg.org to see what’s in the tap water.  Online participation is possible through this website.  The Environmental Working Group is a large group to join to change the toxic environment we’re in.

This is the ad presented in Virginia Sierra Club newsletters in 2001& or 2002. Right side up of course!

This ad mentions the MERCURY vapor coming from dental fillings destroys the immune system.  This is a factor, then, as folks want to regain health after COVID time or boost immune system against future parasites.

If you decide to get mercury silver fillings replaced be sure to get protected from the vapor as the fillings are drilled out.  Holistic/IAOMT/IABDM dentists are removing them.

I wonder

I wonder which year Earth Day will include education about wi-fi.  I’m not writing this sitting at the worst-for-health technology, Bluetooth.  But 2 young lady environmental activists delivered signs to my door and mentioned that “everything that’s coming out is Blue Tooth”. 🥴

They need to get some downtime from the electronic world.

Nowadays there are free online summits about dangers of  EMFs.  See also entries for January of this year.

Celebrate

Earth Day, officially April 22, began in 1970.  I have participated in many of these events across Virginia, and 8 here at William & Mary.  My topic has been MERCURY, a potent persistent neurotoxin.  I focused mostly on dental exposure from “silver”amalgam fillings.  But other exposures were included – broken mercury thermometers, coal power plants, etc.

Since the lockdown you can attend such events virtually.  I see a link now to the Sierra Club’s planned event for April 22.  Someone who formed a group named the Third Act (specifically for seniors) will speak.  I’m looking forward to that.  But seniors have spoken at Sunrise group events, Earth Days, conservation events, and other places in this town focusing on preserving the natural world.

My snail mail says speakers from various Virginia colleges will join in.

HFCS

I’m one of those people who wants to support the food companies and businesses who are INTO trying to keep nutrition in our food system.  When I see HFCS/high fructose corn syrup it means this is a product which is highly processed.  Dr Mark Hyman and others say it’s causing liver destruction, of children and adolescents, too.  It’s in many foods.  I steer clear of it.  And we don’t donate or share such products.  It really wasn’t in foods when I was a child in this country.

Watch

The Seafood Watch at Environmental Working Group ewg.org has a good guide to avoid the potent persistent neurotoxin, MERCURY, in fish.  Years ago DAMS** activists gave out leaflets to some of this states’ politicians.  They were another state’s warning about the many exposures to MERCURY in the USA.  We suggested that Virginia formulate one.🙃

Chesapeake Bay Foundation says there’s way too much mercury in the bass being caught there.  It remains a popular choice on the area’s menus.  All farm raised fish have 👎PCBs.  Sushi with Japanese names of fish have very high level of MERCURY.   That comes from Mehmet Oz, MD’s magazine.  He discovered that after having a sushi habit for some time.  He reported he started to lose his ability to think clearly.🙁

**Dental Amalgam Mercury Solutions described in entry 1/23/21.
