Truth

Truth in labelling.  More than one group comes up when you do an online search. One looks at how food is growing – mostly in this country.  The other is focussing on MSG, labelled clearly or appearing with other wording – yeast extract, soy protein, protein isolates “natural flavors”, xanthum gum.  

Jodi Ledly, author of the book, Adventures with Jodi, describes her traipsing aroundto 19! doctors before running across folks having Weston A Price Foundation meetings. (Sadly we don’t seem to have one nearby anymore.).
