Get Better Sleep: Turn Off Electrical Devices Near Your Bed

Turn off the electric circuitry around your bed. Give yourself a 4-foot buffer from the effects of electric wiring during your sleep time. Electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) coming from the electrical wiring around your bed can disrupt the pineal gland, which produces melatonin and serotonin—both involved in getting a good night’s sleep.

Some folks feel quite an improvement after making this change! Then connect with the earth – whether it’s hugging a tree or putting your bare feet in the grass for twenty minutes or so.
